**About the Assignment**
The client is in a rapidly growing phase with significant investments in modernizing and expanding critical infrastructure. The work involves new facilities, property-related services, and various types of indirect materials. The role entails leading strategic procurements from needs assessment to contract, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the development of the procurement function.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead and execute procurements within Facility Management.
- Conduct procurements for indirect materials, such as communications and training.
- Take responsibility for procurements in additional categories, e.g., IT and operational support for critical systems.
- Drive the work on procurement strategies and conduct RFI processes.
- Design request for proposal documents and develop evaluation models.
- Support buyers in requirements work and sometimes lead the process.
- Ensure clear contract handover and provide support during the contract term.
- Meet requirements according to LUF and internal processes.
- Contribute to the improvement and development of procurement activities.
**Expected Deliverables**
- Complete and quality-assured procurements according to the timeline.
- Clear strategies, RFIs, and complete documentation for each category.
- Transparent and documented evaluation process.
- Improved working methods and processes within procurement.
- Stable contract handover and established contract management.
**Your Profile**
- Experience in strategic procurement and independently driving procurements.
- Good knowledge of LUF and preferably LOU.
- Familiarity with complex service and material categories.
- Experience from the public sector or security-classified environments is an advantage.
- Analytical, confident, and accustomed to driving processes from needs to contract.
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English.
