Senior Project Leader – Launch of Digital Healthcare System Role Description We are seeking a senior project leader with clear project management skills who can ensure the implementation of the processes, structures, routines, and tasks required for a successful launch of a new digital healthcare system. You will be responsible for establishing a central management function that will serve as the hub for upcoming launches, in close collaboration with the main project leader and the organization. Responsibilities • Lead the initiative to establish a central management function for the launch of the new healthcare system. • Ensure that the management center's working methods are integrated with existing structures and practices within the organization. • Drive the development and implementation of processes, routines, and working methods for the management center. • Ensure staffing and scheduling for shifts related to the launch. • Plan and structure meetings, decision-making forums, and communication channels within the management center. • Collaborate with relevant departments and IT functions to create a comprehensive solution for the launch. • Monitor, analyze, and adjust working methods and routines as necessary to ensure a stable and controlled launch. Requirements • Documented project management experience, preferably from complex or mission-critical assignments. • Ability to work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner. • Excellent ability to collaborate with various professionals and departments. • Strong communication skills and experience leading meetings and forums. • Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Desirable • Experience working with processes, guidelines, or quality development within healthcare. • Previous experience with complex launches, such as the implementation of larger systems or central functions. • Experience with assignments in healthcare or other public sectors. • Experience in change management related to the introduction of new working methods.
