Senior Tester - Fintech (Future Assignment)

We are seeking an experienced test consultant for a business-critical payments and customer data initiative. You will be a key player in modernizing core platforms and APIs with a focus on quality, regulatory compliance, and stable releases. Responsibilities • Plan and execute end-to-end testing of integrations, APIs, and batch flows. • Perform non-functional testing: performance, load, stability, and security. • Develop test strategy and design test cases in close collaboration with product owners, developers, and architects. • Ensure data quality, information traceability, and correct handling of customer data in complex flows. • Participate in release planning, defect management, and production deployment. Requirements • At least 5 years of testing experience in large organizations, including system integration and data flows. • Documented experience in non-functional testing and API testing (e.g., Postman or Insomnia). • Familiarity with CI/CD environments and testing in cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP) or SaaS platforms. • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira/Confluence, Xray/Zephyr, or equivalent). • Ability to independently drive test strategy, risk management, and quality work. Preferred Qualifications • Industry experience in finance, payments, KYC/AML, or other regulatory areas. • Test automation for API/web (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, Pact). • Database testing and SQL, data modeling, and information mapping. • Performance testing with k6, JMeter, or Gatling, and monitoring in Grafana or Datadog.
