Senior Test Lead - Data & Data Warehouse

Senior Test Lead – Data & DWH We are seeking a proactive Senior Test Lead with strong expertise in data warehouses (DWH) and data flows, to drive testing activities in a lean-agile environment. The role ensures quality, traceability, and stability in data deliveries, while fostering a culture of continuous testing and learning. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate testing across sprints, PI cycles, and value streams. • Define and maintain test strategies, plans, and traceability (requirements → test cases → results). • Perform hands-on testing of data flows, data quality, and reports, including SQL-based validations. • Mentor developers in testing practices, automation, and quality awareness. • Collaborate across teams to manage technical dependencies and improve testing processes. Requirements: • 4–6+ years in test leadership or technical testing in DWH/data environments. • Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts. • SQL proficiency and experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar tools. • Familiarity with lean-agile methodologies and PI planning. • ISTQB certification preferred; experience in financial sector or regulatory reporting is a plus.
