What does the role entail?
You will lead and coordinate technical projects of high complexity, involving system design, component sizing, testing, and technical analyses. You will have an overview of several technical areas and ensure that everything from load data to piping design meets high quality standards and complies with applicable regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating and overseeing technical work across multiple disciplines
• Leading teams or centers of expertise with significant independent responsibility
• Quality assuring deliveries and ensuring that requirements are met
• Developing technical specifications and ensuring collaboration between technical areas
• Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
• Contributing with knowledge of facilities and understanding of safety analyses
Who are you?
• Civil or engineering degree, or equivalent technical competence
• Deep knowledge in your technical area and broad understanding of adjacent disciplines
• Experienced in leading technical projects in complex environments – preferably within nuclear power, hydropower, or similar fields
• Communicative, structured, and confident in taking responsibility
• Able to see the big picture while never missing the details
