Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager – Mechanical & Piping (Auxiliary Equipment) to join our dynamic team. What you will work on: • Oversee all mechanical engineering activities for auxiliary equipment within the assigned construction area. • Ensure compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and project requirements while meeting cost, schedule, and safety objectives. • Collaborate with Plant Unit Project Managers, Construction Managers, and cross-functional Technical Project Managers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical tasks. • Manage contractors, engineering partners, OEMs, and suppliers, ensuring quality, timelines, and documentation standards are met. • Monitor progress and costs, identify and mitigate technical risks, and ensure alignment with project objectives. • Provide technical expertise during procurement and contract negotiations. • Review and approve discipline-specific deliverables to ensure adherence to specifications and quality requirements. • Track project performance, monitor expenses, and report updates on progress, risks, and financial performance to management. • Evaluate and implement change requests while maintaining project integrity and compliance with client guidelines. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and applying lessons learned from previous projects. What you bring: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in the design, construction, or installation of mechanical equipment for industrial projects. • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, technical standards, and industry regulations. • Proven ability to manage contractors and suppliers in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Experience in cost management, progress tracking, and project reporting. • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. • Structured, proactive, and quality-focused with the ability to align technical work to project goals.
