The role involves working in a hybrid environment with Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online, including migrations, management, troubleshooting, and handling security services within M365. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reviewing the client's correspondence via Microsoft Purview and collaboration tools. A significant part of the role entails managing time-sensitive situations, communicating clearly with the business, and maintaining a high level of service.

Technical Competence:
- Experience with Exchange Online Protection (EOP) – including Anti-Spam and Threat Response
- Experience with Microsoft Purview – focusing on correspondence review and oversight
- Experience in a hybrid environment (Exchange on-prem + Exchange Online)
- Experience in migrating from on-prem to Exchange Online
- Experience in license management within Microsoft environments
- Experience with the entire M365 suite from both admin and user perspectives
