Senior Technician - Eltel Networks, Stockholm

Eltel is now seeking an experienced and committed Service Technician for one of our critical infrastructure projects in the Stockholm area. Currently, Eltel is conducting several installation and infrastructure projects at various facilities, where they are responsible for critical technical installations and network solutions. As a senior technician at Eltel, you will work independently in a small team with assignments involving copper networks, cable laying, and network installations. You will often be responsible for one project at a time, ensuring work is carried out according to plan, guidelines, and quality requirements. You will participate in daily production meetings, report progress, and ensure deliverables meet high standards – what you leave behind should always make you proud. Example tasks include: • Cable laying, mounting, and installation in copper networks • Troubleshooting, service, and documentation of network installations • Participating in planning with project managers and customers • Ensuring quality, safety, and efficient execution • Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to knowledge sharing in the team Start: As soon as possible, or by agreement Scope: Full-time, weekdays 07:30–16:00 Location: Stockholm and surrounding areas. Travel to other locations and projects may be required, sometimes with overnight stays. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Several years of experience as a technician in electrical, telecom, network, or similar technical fields. Perhaps as a fiber or electrical technician – and looking to take on more responsibility • A natural sense of quality, ability to plan work independently, and comfortable in a role where you can contribute both practically and technically • Engaged, responsible, and with a strong work ethic • Good computer skills and documentation abilities • Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written • Class B driver's license • Clean criminal record Meriting: • Experience with fiber installation or fiber splicing • Experience working in security-classified environments This is a direct recruitment for Eltel, with StudentConsulting managing the recruitment process.
