Senior Technician

We are seeking a Senior Technician for our team at TeknikFix Sweden AB – one of Sweden's fastest-growing companies in computer and IT equipment renovation, service, and sales. You will be a key team member in our technical department, responsible for advanced troubleshooting, quality control, and support for both colleagues and customers. ⚙️ Primary Responsibilities • Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade computers (laptops, desktops, workstations) • Perform thorough QC (Quality Control) and final inspection before delivery • Diagnose hardware and software issues at both component and system levels • Manage documentation and traceability in our internal system • Mentor and support junior technicians and contribute to routine improvements • Collaborate with suppliers on spare parts, warranties, and technical matters 🧠 Ideal Candidate Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in computer repair, IT service, or similar roles • In-depth knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, BIOS configuration, component testing • Experience with Windows installations, drivers, imaging, and diagnostic tools • Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) and basic English skills • Structured work approach with a strong sense of quality and precision 🚀 We Offer • A crucial role in a growing company with high-paced environment and quick decision-making • Modern tools and equipment in a bright, well-equipped workshop in Södermalm • Opportunity to influence and improve internal processes • Competitive salary and benefits based on experience • Strong team community with genuine technical passion
