Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Team Lead / Node Owner – Product Development to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering collaboration, motivation, and efficiency to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results
• Facilitate and coordinate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, PI and sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and progress tracking
• Identify and remove obstacles, mitigate risks, and secure team alignment with project objectives and timelines
• Oversee team workload, priorities, and competence development together with Group Manager and System Owner
• Contribute technically within product development, applying your electrical and electronics expertise to support delivery and problem-solving
• Own, develop, and maintain ECUs and embedded software (ESW) throughout the full lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with standards, processes, and legal requirements while coordinating software documentation, releases, and configurations in KOLA, SystemWeaver, and other systems
• Define ECU software and hardware requirements, ensuring alignment with quality, time, and cost targets
• Coordinate development and release activities with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strategy compliance and technical quality
• Develop and maintain ECU and ESW roadmaps and requirement specifications
• Manage data structures (KOLA, SW Configurator, RxSWIN JSON) and ensure consistency across systems
• Lead knowledge management and contribute to continuous improvement, problem-solving, and quality assurance in production and aftermarket environments
• Act as the main technical contact for stakeholders and contribute to integration, testing, and validation of vehicle functionality
What you bring:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in embedded hardware/software development within the automotive industry
• Proven leadership experience in team coordination, coaching, and performance management
• Strong technical knowledge of ECUs, vehicle electronics, and embedded systems development processes
• Familiarity with Group systems, tools, and product development processes
• Experience in system and architectural design for vehicle platforms such as Instrument Cluster and Connectivity
• Understanding of ISO 26262 and other automotive standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively across global teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a structured and proactive working style
• BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience with GTT/VeCon or Service Market (Off-board) is considered an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to make sound engineering decisions and define long-term strategies and roadmaps
