As a senior system developer at the Swedish Transport Administration, you will help ease the everyday lives of residents and businesses across Sweden by contributing to the infrastructure of the future. **Senior System Developer with Experience in Linux and Containers** **Responsibilities** Our technology team, TicTek, acts as an enabling team, collaborating with various development teams to add value to existing deliveries through innovative proposals and ideas, new working methods, and products. As a senior system developer within our TicTek team, you will divide your time between two main tasks: Developing our developer portal and assisting our development teams in the containerization process. Other responsibilities as a system developer in our TicTek team will include: - Facilitating teams' transition towards a more sustainable system development process. - Building tools for the entire organization to assist with release automation, observability, test automation, and security in our pipelines. - Supporting teams in the field when they require assistance in our specialized areas. - Engaging in several larger overarching assignments and working with area monitoring and training for the entire organization. **Additional Information** Possible locations for the position are Borlänge, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Linköping, Örebro, or Östersund. In this recruitment process, web-based tests will be used as part of the selection. Interviews are planned to be conducted via Skype in week 50. We seek candidates who have: - A university or college degree of at least 180 ECTS credits in IT or another education combined with relevant and current experience in system development that we consider equivalent. - Several years of experience as a system developer. - Experience with Linux and container technology. - Experience with TypeScript and Node.js or Next.js. - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is meritorious if you have experience in: - Working in a leadership role. - RHEL distribution and OpenShift. - Identity Providers such as the product Backstage. - Platform engineering. **Application** The questions you will be asked when submitting your application will form the basis for the initial selection we carry out.
