Senior Systems Developer with Drive Towards Technical Leadership Job Responsibilities In this role, you'll step in as Tech Lead in a team focused on technology, collaboration, and quality. You'll drive technical work - from translating needs into robust and secure solutions to coaching the team and making impactful decisions. You'll continue to be hands-on in development, primarily in C#, while taking responsibility for architecture, code quality, and technical choices. The role is perfect for those who want to combine technical expertise with leadership in daily development work - sometimes by configuring standard systems, sometimes by building from scratch. Your tasks will include: • Design and development based on business requirements • Configuration and new development of solutions • Technical leadership - coaching, inspiring, and driving development • Further developing code standards and working methods • Creating architecture diagrams and proof-of-concepts • Collaboration with architects, developers, and product owners • Ensuring scalability, security, and long-term management • Active participation in C# development and CI/CD Technology Environment: Containers & OpenShift, RabbitMQ, C# (.NET), PowerShell, Windows/Linux, Azure DevOps. To be a good fit, you have: • At least 120 ECTS credits (80 points) in computer-related education • At least five years of experience in systems development with C# • Recent experience working as a systems developer in both Windows and Linux environments • Recent experience with container platforms, such as OpenShift or Kubernetes • Documented experience coaching developers and driving technical work forward Preferred qualifications include: • Familiarity with PowerShell and automation • Knowledge of message queues, such as RabbitMQ • Experience with agile working methods and cross-functional teams • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and work in Azure DevOps Possible work locations are Borlänge, Gävle, Örebro, or Solna.
