About the Organization
The Systems Unit at the FMTIS Command operates in several locations across the country, responsible for technical change management during renovations of the Armed Forces’ telecommunications network and managing the Armed Forces’ IT infrastructure. At the Infrastructure Department, where this position is based, we manage cross-system IT infrastructure that is crucial for the Armed Forces' operations. Our mission includes change management and further development in the areas of local networks, data center solutions, IT security, and client and server solutions. Main Responsibilities
This position primarily focuses on Windows server platforms, Windows clients, Configuration Manager, Active Directory, and Group Policies, with a particular emphasis on IT security related to these areas. You will work on design, development of configuration guidelines, policies, and management of components involved. Additionally, the role includes addressing inquiries in the area, providing technical support to the operations organization and decision-makers. Requirements
Qualifications
- Academic education in IT or work experience deemed equivalent by the employer
- Very good knowledge of Windows Server 2016 or later
- Very good knowledge of Windows 10 or later
- Good knowledge of security and hardening of operating systems
- Good knowledge of PowerShell
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
- Driving license B (manual)

Additional Information
Employment type: permanent. The Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period for those not previously employed by the agency.
