Eltel has a security profile and works closely with security-classified customers, following strict security standards and certifications. They ensure that all technical installations and network solutions meet high information security requirements. Currently, they are conducting several installation and infrastructure projects at various facilities, where Eltel is responsible for critical technical installations and network solutions crucial to customers' operations.
As a service technician at Eltel, you are responsible for installation, maintenance, and commissioning of critical infrastructure – primarily within IP and LAN networks. You work both independently and in teams on various projects, with significant responsibility for delivering solutions that work in reality. Your tasks include:
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems for customers
• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of new equipment (routers, switches, customer facilities)
• Performing functional tests and documentation
• Contacting internal planners and customers to ensure quality
• On-call duty every seventh week, with possibility of evening and weekend work
Working hours: weekdays 07:30–16:00, with some flexibility.
On-call duty may occur in this position.
Location: Entire Stockholm region, travel included.
Start: January, or by agreement.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Preferably 5 years of experience in similar work within electrical, property, or telecom sectors
• Self-driven, solution-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable with variation, able to work independently and in teams
• Professional pride and an eye for quality in installations
• Valid B driver's license and fluent Swedish
• Clean criminal record
