About Leaseright We are a market-leading SaaS and consulting company specializing in the optimization of leasing and rental agreements. Since 2025, Leaseright has been part of the Nordtech Group. About the Role Leaseright is experiencing significant growth, and we see great potential within the public sector in Sweden. Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive - Public Sector for our office in Vänersborg. This is a full-time position and a key role, offering a unique opportunity to help build Leaseright's outreach and sales to new clients within the public sector. Your main responsibilities will include: • Actively prospecting municipalities, regions, government organizations, colleges, and universities. • Building meaningful relationships with the right stakeholders and decision-makers in the public sector. • Planning and conducting client meetings, needs analyses, and presentations of Leaseright's services. • Driving the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including quote creation, contract negotiations, and contract writing. • Proactively creating and managing the process towards a public procurement in close dialogue with the client. • Collaborating with internal teams, such as account managers, production, and IT, to ensure a smooth sales process. • Being trustworthy and consultative. • Actively promoting Leaseright on LinkedIn, at trade fairs, and other platforms. The position may involve occasional travel as our clients are spread across the country. Who Are We Looking For? To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have experience working with solution sales and larger organizations. Experience in sales to the public sector and public procurement (LOU) is also highly advantageous. We are looking for someone who: • Holds an academic degree in economics or equivalent. • Has at least four years of experience in B2B or B2P sales with strong results. • Enjoys making cold calls and establishing new relationships. • Is passionate about sales and understands that it requires discipline and persistence. • Is trustworthy and consultative. • Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Has sold SaaS or IT systems.
