About this role

**Senior Sales Executive** We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Sales Executive who wants to play a key role in driving growth and helping companies streamline their business processes through innovative business systems. **About the Role** As a Senior Sales Executive, you will have overall responsibility for identifying, developing, and closing business agreements with new clients in the ERP and business systems sector. You will work with complex solutions and build long-term relationships with decision-makers at the management level. **Main Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Identify and prospect new clients and industries where our solutions can create value. - Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CFOs, Finance Managers, Accounting Managers, Controllers, and Operations Managers. - Lead complex sales processes, including needs analysis, tailored presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization. - Collaborate with internal teams in product development, consulting services, and customer support to ensure customer needs are met. - Stay updated on market trends and competitive conditions to provide advice and strategic insights to clients. **We are looking for someone who:** - Has several years of experience in successful sales of SaaS, ERP systems, or other complex business systems. - Has a proven track record of driving and closing large business agreements with management-level stakeholders in organizations. - Is skilled at building trust and long-term relationships with decision-makers. - Possesses a strong understanding of business processes and how business systems can help optimize operations. - Has excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Works proactively, is results-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic and changing environment. - Has experience working in an international context and feels comfortable leading discussions in both English and Swedish. **We Offer:** - A strategic role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence the company's growth and success. - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. - The benefit of working with market-leading products and dedicated colleagues in an innovative team. - Opportunities for development and advancement within the organization. **Application** Selection and interviews are ongoing.
