Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. What you will work on: • Manage the entire B2B sales process from prospecting to closing deals. • Engage with customers across multiple industries and seniority levels. • Collaborate closely with senior colleagues and cross-functional teams. • Identify opportunities to drive business growth and customer value. • Represent the company at industry events and meetings across Sweden and Europe. What you bring: • 2–4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS, tech, or logistics. • Strong ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored value propositions. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written. • High motivation and drive to grow in an innovative, forward-thinking company. • Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written). • Collaborative, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset.
