About the Role
As our new senior accounting consultant, you will be a central part of our team and take responsibility for the entire financial process of our clients. Your tasks will be both challenging and varied, including everything from year-end closings, annual reports, and tax returns to financial advisory and improving clients' financial processes. You will work closely with our clients, providing them with personal and efficient service.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring that clients' accounting and reporting are handled correctly
• Proactively advising clients based on applicable laws and regulations
• Evaluating and challenging clients' existing financial processes and providing proactive suggestions for improvement
• Contributing to strategy meetings and influencing the community and development of Flow Consulting
Who Are You?
We are looking for a curious and consultative accounting consultant with experience in independently handling year-end closings, annual reports, and tax returns. You should have an interest in digitalization and be accustomed to working with various accounting systems. Previous experience as an accounting consultant in an accounting or advisory firm is required, and you should have had responsibility for clients.
Self-leadership is central to us, so it comes naturally for you to independently plan your time to ensure that all reporting is completed on time, as well as proactively asking questions to clients to ensure this is possible. As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
