Welcome to our unit, Project Management East, in Stockholm!
Your New Position
You'll belong to the Building Advisory & Consultancy, Project Management East unit, currently consisting of 23 project managers with a wide variety of knowledge and experiences. We operate in Stockholm, Linköping, Norrköping, and Nyköping. We work goal-oriented and with great commitment to help our customers make sustainable and long-term decisions. We act professionally, maintain high business integrity, and actively work with constructive feedback and verifying dialogue to deliver the best results for our customers. Our internal collaboration crosses disciplinary boundaries locally and with our corresponding units across Sweden and the Nordics.
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be a key person in our assignments, where you'll be responsible for high-level project management and also function as a mentor for more junior colleagues. You'll be involved in developing new business opportunities and shaping the future project portfolio within the unit. The role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal resources. Your leadership and ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be a contributing factor to project development and creating long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Example Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate complex projects from start to delivery - focusing on renovations, residential, commercial, and/or historical properties.
• Manage project planning, budget, timelines, and resource management.
• Ensure quality and follow up on results according to set goals.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and motivate teams to achieve the best results.
• Identify risks and proactively find solutions to emerging obstacles.
• Contribute to business development within Building Advisory & Consultancy East Project Management while making your mark on a business with strong growth ambitions.
About You
We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, structured, and has high integrity. You easily collaborate but can also work independently and make decisions based on facts and regulations. You thrive in a role where you can be solution-oriented and contribute to high quality. You're motivated by creating new opportunities and have a broad network within the industry. Additionally, we imagine the following applies to you:
• College/civil engineering degree or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience as a project manager.
• Solid knowledge in one or more of the following areas: renovation, residential, commercial, and/or historical properties.
• Experience with complex property projects.
• Multiple years of experience with Bas-P.
• Strong ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
