Your future team
My name is Jessika, and I will be your direct manager. I believe in trust as the foundation for collaboration. Together with you, we are a management team of six competent colleagues who contribute to Kraftringen excelling through digitalization. You will report directly to me, who is part of the corporate management team, and collaborate with colleagues across the company. We drive digital transformation by developing IT in close interaction with the business – with a secure, stable, and future-proof IT environment as our foundation.
Your role with us
Kraftringen's strategy includes a clear focus on developing digital capabilities as a prerequisite for effective, data-driven, and customer-engaging working methods. The Digital Development business area is responsible for driving this strategic digital shift within the group, and this is the work that you will lead in the role of Senior Project Manager.
You might wonder what this investment in digitalization within Kraftringen entails. It encompasses both large and small initiatives where we see digitalization playing a role. Among the major investments, we have implemented a completely new CRM in 2025, and going forward, we will invest significantly in new HRM and ERP systems. However, it is also through continuous improvements in our daily operations that we enhance our digital capabilities – through wise interactions between people, working methods, data, and technology, we develop. Therefore, your role as a leader and coordinator of these digitalization initiatives, in close collaboration with competent and engaged colleagues, will involve a wide range of assignments and opportunities.
As a Senior Project Manager at Kraftringen, you will contribute your expertise and take responsibility for driving our digitalization efforts in project form. In this role, in addition to being a project manager, you will also work within the management team with responsibility for how we drive digitalization and for coaching and leading other project managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and coordinating digitalization projects – from identified needs to delivery of project goals and handover to the line organization.
• Working from a holistic perspective and ensuring that the business and IT work together towards common goals.
• Ensuring that established working methods, lessons learned, and strategies from previous projects are carried forward and further developed.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in project management. As a person, you are analytical and enjoy problem-solving. You think strategically and see the big picture in complex situations. You have strong communication skills and value relationship-building and close collaboration with stakeholders, both internal and external. You are results-oriented with the ability to drive deliveries to completion.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
• A university degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience from the energy sector or similar regulated industries with large infrastructures and digitalization.
• Experience in leading change initiatives.
• Experience in driving programs or larger projects with delivery responsibility.
• Experience in establishing and developing working methods and structures in project environments.
It is an advantage if you have:
• Extensive experience in leading larger projects, such as ERP projects.
• Experience in business development.
• Experience in agile working methods.
