Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – CAPEX & Process Development to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
• Lead and manage CAPEX projects from feasibility study to implementation and handover.
• Take responsibility for project budget, timeline, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Initiate and implement process development and improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Ensure that all projects meet technical, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to the steering group and management.
• Drive innovation and contribute to shaping the future of industrial production through smart investments and process optimization.
What you bring:
• Master’s or PhD degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Economics, or Automation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management, preferably with CAPEX projects.
• Proven experience in process development, continuous improvement, and change management.
• Strong technical understanding combined with knowledge of investment analysis and business strategy.
• Knowledge of CE marking and current Machinery Directive is meritorious.
• Experience from the food industry or other regulated environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with GATE methodology is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• B driver’s license and willingness to travel within Sweden and internationally as needed.
• Flexibility to manage projects at both Huddinge and Mantorp sites.
