The Project and Construction Management Department Has Extensive Experience in the Construction Process and is Responsible for Ensuring Construction Projects are Carried Out with the Right Quality and Economy in an Efficient and Cost-Conscious Manner. We Work on Assignments Across Sweden and are Now Seeking a Senior Colleague Who Wants to Contribute Knowledge and Confidence to Strengthen Our Stockholm Market.
You Will Work on Assignments as a Project and Design Manager, from Early Stages to Execution and Handover. Project Managers Play a Key Role in Achieving a Successful Result and a Satisfactory Journey Throughout the Project. The Role Can Vary Depending on the Assignment and Our Clients' Wishes, but We Always Strive to Work with a Focus on Quality and Create Value for Our Clients. We Have No Projects Too Small or Too Large. Therefore, We Believe You are a Social Person Who Enjoys Having Multiple Irons in the Fire, Has Technical Competence and Curiosity for New Solutions, is Driven to Develop Yourself and Colleagues, and Enjoys Not Always Knowing What the Day Will Bring.
Your Profile
You Have Relevant Education and Have Worked as a Project Manager and Design Manager for at Least 10 Years in All Phases of Construction Projects, from Investigations and Early Design to Projection and Project Completion. It is Meritorious if You Have Previously Worked Cross-Disciplinarily or in General Consulting Assignments. You Have a Keen Sense for Customer Interactions and Have Recurring Customer Contacts.
In Addition to Driving Successful Projects, You are Driven by Continuously Developing Your Work Approach and Your Colleagues. For Us, it is Crucial That You are Someone with a Great Interest in Communication and the Ability to Lead and Inspire People Towards a Common Goal. You are Social, Communicative, and Decisive, Accustomed to Working Independently but Preferring to Collaborate by Sharing Your Knowledge and Leading Less Experienced Colleagues.
