Our Project and Construction Management Department has extensive experience in the construction process and is responsible for ensuring construction projects are carried out with the right quality and economy in an efficient and cost-conscious manner. We work on assignments across Sweden and are now seeking a senior colleague who wants to contribute knowledge and confidence to strengthen our local market in Malmö and southern Sweden.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work as a project and design manager from early stages to execution and handover
- Play a key role in achieving successful project results
- Adapt to varying project requirements and client wishes
- Maintain focus on quality and value creation
Your Profile:
- Relevant education
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a project and design manager
- Experience in all construction project phases
- Cross-disciplinary or general consulting experience preferred
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Independent worker with collaborative approach
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
