Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage projects throughout their lifecycle until product launch. You will lead and support all project members, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and resource plans while maintaining communication at all levels. **Role Requirements** - **System Project Management** - Design, implement, and monitor project plans, reporting status to senior management. - **Project Leadership** - Provide leadership and manage project execution in various projects and programs. - **Cross-Functional Leadership** - Lead and support project members from hardware, software, chemistry, and verification/validation during all project phases. - **Production Transfer** - Lead the transfer to production, including collaboration with purchasing and production personnel. - **Collaboration with Product Managers** - Work closely with Product Managers from project initiation to launch. - **Continuous Improvement** - Actively contribute to and lead continuous improvement projects within PMO/R&D. **Skills/Experience** - **Scientific/Engineering Background** - BSc in Engineering and/or Chemistry or equivalent. - **System and Instrument Development** - Strong understanding and experience in system and instrument development; experience in Chemistry and Molecular Biology is advantageous. - **Project Management Expertise** - Extensive experience as a project manager with a successful track record in managing system projects/programs. - **Planning Skills** - Ability to create accurate time, cost, and resource plans in collaboration with project teams. - **Coaching and Mentoring** - Experience in coaching and mentoring other project managers. **About Biotage** Biotage is the Global Go-To Separations Company, supporting customers from drug discovery and development through to diagnostics and analytical testing with intelligent and sustainable workflow solutions.
