Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Cooling Systems to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
• Lead projects focused on the design and development of customized cooling systems for the offshore and offshore wind power industries.
• Perform design work and technical calculations to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with classification societies, customers, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and follow up on both in-house and external production activities to maintain quality and delivery targets.
• Contribute to purchasing activities related to project requirements and supplier coordination.
• Support product development initiatives and participate in innovation projects within cooling technologies.
• Provide quotation support and collaborate closely with the sales team during the tender phase.
• Prepare and review technical drawings and documentation for both sales and production purposes.
• Conduct customer, supplier, and production site visits as required by project needs.
What you bring:
• University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Refrigeration, HVAC, or Energy Technology disciplines.
• Proven experience and solid technical knowledge of cooling systems, preferably within industrial or offshore applications.
• Strong proficiency with PC tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Independent, structured, and result-oriented work approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Positive, solution-driven mindset with good collaboration and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in energy-efficient system design and natural refrigerant technologies contributing to the green transition.
