**Assignment Description:**
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team.
**What you will work on:**
- Coordinate and lead multiple projects within a large, multi-year healthcare program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Secure structure and compliance with the established project model, following up on milestones, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
- Manage resources across the program, including updating resource matrices and coordinating internal and external contributors.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation such as versions, protocols, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Oversee budget follow-up, handle invoices, and prepare material and analyses for steering group meetings.
- Drive collaboration with the client, internal functions, and support teams to ensure successful implementation of a healthcare information system.
- Ensure documented risk management and continuous progress in accordance with program plans.
**What you bring:**
- Experience in project and program management, preferably within healthcare environments.
- Background in managing healthcare information systems or digital tools such as Cosmic, Take Care, or Millennium.
- Strong understanding of healthcare organization, processes, and workflows.
- Ability to translate strategies into concrete action plans and coordinate multiple tasks in a structured and analytical way.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and explain complex topics clearly.
- Knowledge of governance models, ITIL processes, and digital collaboration tools such as Teams, Planner, Jira, and SharePoint.
- High standard of documentation skills, including version control, structured document management, and accurate reporting.
- Relationship-building mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders and contribute to learning across the organization.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
