**Why You Are Important** We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Production Supervisor who will take clear ownership of the daily operations for one of our production units. You will serve as the operational backbone of production, creating stability and quality, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly—every day, every shift—together with your team. You will lead the work closely with the operations, where decisions are made and results are immediately visible. You will lead a team of approximately 50 employees and be supported by a reliable and experienced group of team leaders whom you will develop and sharpen. Your focus is to create an environment that fosters drive and accountability—a proactive team that propels production forward. Your main areas of responsibility include: - Leading shifts with clear priorities and consistent follow-up - Ensuring quality, delivery precision, and high pace in production - Making quick and well-informed decisions on the floor when deviations occur - Acting as a hub between production, engineering/maintenance, quality, and planning - Strengthening and coaching team leaders in their operational leadership - Ensuring order, structure, and standardized working methods - Driving improvement initiatives that have a tangible impact on production - Enhancing stability in workflows together with shift teams **If We May Wish** This is truly your backyard; you know how to conduct your analysis, set your action plan, and get your team on board.
