**Assignment Description:**
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
**What you will work on:**
- Drive product management for mobile applications and the third-party app program within a global ecosystem.
- Lead strategic planning, roadmapping, and business case development for assigned products.
- Identify new opportunities and further develop existing solutions through close collaboration with product managers, engineering, sales, and business development.
- Build strong relationships with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and customer-centric development.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to guide strategic and tactical decisions.
- Manage product lifecycle planning, from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
- Guide and collaborate with software development teams, ensuring clear requirements and effective execution.
- Present product vision, strategy, and requirements clearly and convincingly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market materials and communication assets.
- Engage with end users, distribution partners, and internal teams to build a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional work efficiently, ensuring structured follow-up and delivery of results.
**What you bring:**
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, IT/technology, or a similar field.
- At least 8 years of experience as a Product Manager and/or Product Owner within software.
- Strong business orientation with strategic thinking and customer-centric decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience working with customer needs, UX, and end-to-end product value.
- Understanding of modern software development methods and how to navigate different product phases.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating closely with software development teams.
- Basic understanding of legal contracts and commercial agreements.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with systems and products that include both hardware and application software is an advantage.
- Experience using AI/ML technologies to drive business value is beneficial.
- Knowledge of condition monitoring, asset performance management, or similar B2B domains is a plus.
