Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Process Development Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
• Document and update process descriptions within the purchasing department.
• Drive change management and implement process adjustments.
• Develop and deliver training sessions based on updated process documentation.
• Coordinate global processes and regulations to ensure successful local implementation.
• Support and adapt local processes for new IT tools introduced from the global organization.
• Act as key user for selected business systems and tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient and aligned purchasing operations.
What you bring:
• Proven experience in project management with a structured and analytical approach.
• Hands-on experience with business systems; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in process development and change implementation.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience from Energy Sector is a plus.
• Methodical, proactive, and able to understand organizational context and cross-functional perspectives.
