Senior Power Platform Developer

**Senior Power Platform Developer (Part-time, 50%)** **Role Description** We are seeking a senior Power Platform developer for a consulting assignment focused on the digitalization of business processes within a larger organization. The role involves translating business needs into sustainable solutions based on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, with clear governance around architecture, governance, and lifecycle management. You will work part-time (50%) and be a key person in requirements gathering, solution design, and handover to management. **Responsibilities** - Participate in and lead parts of the requirements process, including visualization and estimation of solutions - Develop solutions based on M365 and Power Platform (primarily Power Apps) - Create dashboards and views for monitoring and reporting - Conduct meetings and workshops for requirements processing and dialogue with the business - Collaborate with the IT organization on architecture, security, governance, and development methods for the platform - Ensure proper permissions and access management for developed solutions - Work on lifecycle management of Power Apps, including version control and release processes - Document solutions and hand over to management in a structured manner **Requirements** - Experience with governance within the Microsoft platform (M365/Power Platform) - Strong knowledge of low-code development with Power Apps - Experience with permissions management and secure access in Power Platform solutions - Knowledge of lifecycle management of Power Apps, including operation, further development, and decommissioning - Experience working in Azure DevOps and established methodologies for development in the tool - Ability to independently drive tasks from requirements to completed solution in dialogue with the business - Strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written **Desirable** - Experience delivering to larger public organizations - Previous experience with solutions built on Power Platform for business-related processes - Experience visualizing solution proposals in the requirements process (e.g., prototypes, mockups, flows) - Experience working in complex IT environments with clear requirements for architecture, security, and governance **Start:** November 2025 **Duration:** Until February 28, 2026 **Location:** Malmö (working method according to agreement) **About Rasulson Consulting** Rasulson Consulting is a specialized staffing and recruitment company within the IT sector.
