We are looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst for a global company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 4 months limited contract to begin with.
**Description**
As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will work within the Payroll Operations team. The department is responsible for delivering the correct salary to all employees in Sweden at the right time and supporting the customer in all wage-related issues. They are also the center of expertise in time and wage-related issues for their customers. They are in the middle of an exciting journey striving towards becoming digital and working as a high-performance team. Our client is looking to strengthen their team with two new colleagues who want to develop with them.
**What You Will Do**
As part of the payroll team, you will have the opportunity to work with continuous improvements in a truly dynamic environment. You will ensure that the company follows laws and agreements related to salary and critically examine incoming documents as well as perform established controls. You will be a part of the center of expertise in wage-related issues.
Besides the scope of work mentioned above, you will also:
- Record and archive personnel and salary changes in their personnel system.
- Support the system responsible with user acceptance tests.
- Lead the investigation of individual cases/inquiries from authorities and organizations such as the Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Tax Agency, and the Swedish Enforcement Authority.
- Lead, develop, and coordinate process-related issues across business areas.
**Do you fit the profile?**
Our client believes you have a university degree or other education within payroll administration or similar. In your professional life, you have obtained excellent computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). You have several years of experience in payroll administration, and it’s highly meritorious if you have previously acquired experience in customer support. Additionally, they consider it meritorious if you have system knowledge of SAP and SD Worx. You are fluent in English, and Swedish language skills are considered meritorious.
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 4 months contract to begin with.
