Job Description
We are seeking a professional who wants to combine technical expertise as a .NET Developer with experience as a Scrum Master. In this role, you will have a key position in driving development forward and strengthening the agile work methodology within the team.
Time will be divided approximately 50% development / 50% Scrum Master responsibilities.
As a Senior .NET Developer and Scrum Master, you will become part of a committed and technology-driven team building next-generation digital solutions. You will contribute to strategy, architecture, and implementation, and we value an agile mindset where you dare to challenge and think innovatively.
Focus Areas for the Role
Currently, the team is particularly focusing on:
• Developing and evolving cloud-based .NET solutions in Azure
• Creating and maintaining micro frontends with React
• Working with integrations and modern architectural patterns
• Automating processes and building CI/CD flows
• Containerizing and deploying applications in OpenShift
• Writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (Bicep)
• Ensuring high code quality through test-driven development
• Continuously improving software architecture
Mandatory Requirements
• Experience as a Scrum Master who enjoys facilitating and improving agile ceremonies
• Ability to promote good collaboration and communication within and between teams
• Experience with microservice architecture and integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous)
• Knowledge of containerization and deployment in OpenShift or similar environments
• Worked according to test-driven principles (TDD)
• Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, preferably with Bicep
• Understanding of modern design patterns like CQRS, event sourcing, saga pattern, outbox/inbox
• A desire to share knowledge and contribute to team development
Meriting Requirements
• Experience from the insurance industry or understanding of insurance regulations
• Uses GitHub Copilot or similar tools
• Interest in AI and how it can be used in system development
