Job Responsibilities
You will work as an experienced .NET developer while also acting as a Scrum Master in a customer team in Stockholm. The role is divided between hands-on development and facilitating the team's agile workflow. You will contribute to designing and building cloud-based solutions, ensuring robust integration, and improving the delivery flow from code to production.
• Develop and enhance .NET-based applications in Azure
• Build and maintain micro frontends in React
• Design and implement integrations and modern architectural patterns for distributed systems
• Set up and optimize CI/CD flows
• Containerize and deploy applications in OpenShift
• Write and manage Infrastructure as Code with Bicep
• Drive test-driven approach and improve code quality
• Lead and enhance agile ceremonies, strengthening collaboration within and between teams
Qualifications (Required)
• Several years of .NET development experience in cloud environments, preferably Azure
• Experience with Scrum Master role, including facilitating agile ceremonies
• Practical experience with microservice architecture
• Good understanding of integration patterns, both synchronous and asynchronous, in distributed systems
• Proficiency in containerization and deployment in OpenShift or similar platform
• Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Bicep
• Application of test-driven principles and quality focus
• Ability to collaborate, communicate, and share knowledge in teams
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• Domain knowledge in insurance
• Understanding of regulations and compliance in insurance operations
• Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools
• Interest in and experience with AI applications in system development
• Familiarity with modern design patterns such as CQRS, event sourcing, and resilient integration patterns like saga pattern and outbox inbox
