About the position As a Senior .NET Developer with us, you will play a key role in taking our systems to the next level. We leave nothing to chance; it’s all about building robust, modular architecture that can handle high loads. You will be part of a cross-functional team where collaboration is essential. You will work closely with product owners and UX, but your home ground is technology. As a senior, you are expected to lead in decision-making, mentor colleagues, and ensure that we actively work to minimize technical debt. The position is based in one of our offices in Örebro, Stockholm, or Karlstad. Your responsibilities • Develop and design complex web applications with a focus on performance and sustainability. • Drive the work with modular architecture and modern patterns. • Actively work with CI/CD, automated testing, and the entire development lifecycle. • Actively use AI and LLMs as an accelerator in your daily workflows, with the technical expertise required to navigate both the tools' potential and its pitfalls. About you We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in programming; perhaps you coded long before you started studying, or you are driven by the desire to constantly learn the latest. To thrive here, you need depth. You are not satisfied with just making it "work"; you want to understand why. You have a good grasp of memory management, thread management (e.g., thread pool starvation), and what it takes to build world-class scalable systems. You have a university degree, such as a degree in computer engineering or a master's in engineering. Alternatively, you have acquired equivalent knowledge through your work experience. You likely have at least 5 years of experience as a .NET developer, but your level of knowledge is what matters most. You master C# in depth and have experience with cloud platforms. Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is required. It is an extra plus if you have experience with: • Modern SPA frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue). • App development with Flutter. • Working closely with customers or with a clear user perspective. • Working with Azure, Typescript, Nhibernate, SQL.
