**Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant (MVP Level)** **Role Description** We are seeking a senior Microsoft 365 consultant with expertise equivalent to a Microsoft 365 expert at the MVP level. In this role, you will support the organization in designing, configuring, and optimizing solutions within the M365 suite, focusing on security, compliance, collaboration, and efficient migration from existing platforms. You will work closely with both IT and the business and become a key person in ensuring that M365 is used in a secure, scalable, and business-beneficial manner. **Responsibilities** - Design and configure solutions within the Microsoft 365 suite (including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive). - Ensure proper utilization of M365's security and compliance features. - Provide advice on identity and access in Azure AD/Entra ID, including authentication, Single Sign-On, and Conditional Access. - Plan and execute migrations from on-premises environments or other platforms to M365 (email, files, Teams, etc.). - Implement and optimize M365 security and compliance solutions, such as DLP, eDiscovery, MFA, and Zero Trust principles. - Collaborate with the business, IT, and security functions to balance usability, security, and compliance. - Contribute to documentation, guidelines, and best practices for the M365 platform. - (Preferred) Drive adoption and change management, including user training, communication, and support for the business. **Requirements** - Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, as well as M365's security and compliance features. - Good understanding of identity and access in Azure AD/Entra ID, including authentication, Single Sign-On, and Conditional Access. - Knowledge of M365 security and compliance, such as DLP, eDiscovery, MFA, and Zero Trust principles. - Experience with migrations from on-premises environments or other platforms to M365 (e.g., email, files, and Teams). - Experience and expertise equivalent to a Microsoft 365 expert at the MVP level. - Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders. - Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. **Preferred** - Knowledge of the FastTrack methodology and Microsoft's recommended processes for planning, deployment, and adoption of M365. - Ability to drive adoption and change management around M365, including user acceptance, training, and communication. - Experience from larger organizations with complex M365 and hybrid environments. - Experience with security and compliance requirements in regulated industries. **Start / Duration** - Start: December 1, 2025 (by agreement) - Duration: Until May 22, 2026 - Scope: 50% **Location** - Location: Stockholm (working method by agreement, with the possibility of hybrid/remote depending on the needs of the assignment) **About Rasulson Consulting** Rasulson Consulting is a specialized staffing and recruitment company within the IT sector.
