About this role
**Why this job is for you**
It's simple: you want to be creative and innovative in solving technical problems. And that’s exactly what we offer you. You are the expert; you tell us which solution you believe is best. Some of your assignments will be carried out at our clients' locations, while others will be managed in-house. With offices across Sweden and a well-functioning internal collaboration, both across regions and business areas, there are great opportunities for you to work with clients both locally and nationwide, thereby expanding your network.
You will work within our business area of Hardware & Design, where we combine broad engineering expertise with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences from concept to large-scale production.
**Responsibilities**
You will not be alone; the keyword is collaboration. Cross-functional teams are created to solve projects, rather than selecting projects for an already existing group. Products and business areas will vary, and you will build new exciting solutions.
- You will work on design in product development projects.
- Independently be responsible for driving, planning, and coordinating the design work to achieve set project goals.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who enjoys tackling tricky technical challenges and analyzing them. You like to work with the team to break down these challenges to reach the best solution. You are someone who enjoys sharing your knowledge while also being able to drive your own work forward independently. In addition to your personal qualities, you need to have the following:
- Educational background in mechanical engineering.
- At least five years of experience working as a mechanical designer.
- Experience in design and product development.
- Proficient in CAD.
- You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

For our employees, this means fantastic opportunities to help shape the future through meaningful projects at the forefront of technology. Here, you will not only develop and grow but also become part of something greater.
Does this sound like the place for you? Join us on an exciting journey!
