We are looking for a senior Meeting Coordinator for a consulting assignment with a client in Malmö. In this role, you will hold a key position in supporting the organization in achieving its goals regarding new collaborations with landlords. The assignment is suitable for someone who is self-driven, relationship-oriented, and thrives in a role where structure, quality, and long-term focus are paramount.
You will work proactively to reach out to both new and existing landlords, with the goal of ensuring that the client's landlord responsible personnel and CEO have well-planned and relevant meeting bookings.
**Responsibilities:**
- Schedule meetings for the client's landlord responsible personnel and CEO with new and existing landlords.
- Drive outreach activities to identify and contact potential partners.
- Manage and coordinate meeting bookings via Outlook calendar.
- Contribute to an efficient structure for ongoing meeting planning and follow-up.
**Qualifications - Must-have requirements:**
- At least 5 years of experience in meeting coordination for both physical and digital meetings.
- Ability to ensure a long-term relationship with a dedicated meeting coordinator, to avoid recurring introductions and training.
**Scope:**
The assignment comprises approximately 10–20 hours per month.
