At Randstad Finance, we are currently seeking a senior payroll administrator on behalf of our client, located in Solna. Our client is in an exciting phase of expansion and is working to centralize their payroll process. You will initially be employed as a consultant with us at Randstad Finance, with a clear ambition for a transition to direct employment with the client after 6 months - for the right candidate, there is also the possibility of direct recruitment. You will play a crucial role in the payroll team and work with the entire payroll chain; the role is hybrid, requiring you to work 3 days a week at the office in Solna (a 10-minute walk from Solna station).
Examples of Responsibilities:
· Complete payroll preparation and management of time reporting systems with a high volume of payroll processing for unionized employees.
· Responsible for complex time reporting, discrepancies, and calculation and management of on-call and overtime compensation according to applicable collective agreements.
· Be a key person in responding to payroll-related inquiries internally from employees, as well as providing advice to managers regarding the interpretation of collective agreements and payroll regulations.
· Responsible for employer declarations and payroll-related accounting.
· Conduct reconciliations of payroll-related accounts.
· Prepare and issue employer certificates.
· Manage reporting and statistics to authorities and internal stakeholders.
· Be a key person in responding to payroll-related inquiries internally from employees as well as from clients in the company's various units.

Qualifications
Qualifications and experience required for the role:
· At least 8 years of professional experience as a payroll administrator and experience working with all aspects of the payroll chain.
· Post-secondary education in payroll (e.g., vocational training) AND at least 8 years of experience in payroll.
· Alternatively: If you lack post-secondary education, you should have at least 10+ years of professional experience in the role of payroll administrator and have continued to work with all aspects of the payroll chain.
· Several years of documented experience with payroll processes for unionized employees/workers.
· Very good experience working with complex time reporting and management of on-call supplements.
· Experience in payroll from industries such as service, real estate, industry, or similar is considered highly meritorious.
· Good knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in the payroll area.
· Fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written forms.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
· Good system proficiency and experience in accounting.
Meritorious:
· Experience with the payroll system Flex HRM.
