About this role

We are now looking for a senior requirements analyst with experience in product development, who wants to be involved from the start and shape a solution that genuinely meets the users' needs. What do we offer? • An opportunity to work on a project at the technological and conceptual forefront. • Significant opportunities to influence the product's direction and content right from the idea stage. • A dedicated and competent team that values collaboration and knowledge sharing. • A professional and development-oriented work environment where your experience makes a real difference and innovation is encouraged. Our client operates in Huskvarna. More information about the company will be provided upon personal contact. Who are we looking for? We are seeking an experienced requirements analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience. You have strong analytical skills and are motivated by creating structure in complex development environments. In this role, you will contribute both a holistic perspective and attention to detail, and you have experience in transforming needs into clear requirements that lead to sustainable and user-centered solutions. You have: • Many years of experience as a requirements analyst in product development projects, from needs analysis to delivered product. • Experience analyzing and structuring complex user needs across multiple target groups, such as in user personas and target group-specific flows. • Previous experience working with data-driven or AI-based solutions and developing information models. • Excellent ability to communicate with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders. • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You are structured, proactive, and analytical, with a natural drive to understand contexts and find solutions that create value. Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks) is advantageous, as is previous work experience with classified security systems or in sectors such as defense, government, or banking. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and cybersecurity regulations, is also a plus. What does the role entail? As a requirements analyst, you will be a key player in the development of an entirely new product family that is at the forefront of technology. You will play a central role in transforming business needs and user insights into clear requirements and structures that guide development moving forward. This work will be carried out in close collaboration with business developers, product owners, IT architects, and developers, where your ability to see the whole picture and understand details will be crucial for success. Your responsibilities will include: • Working closely with business developers, product owners, IT architects, and developers to develop and structure requirements for a new product family. • Identifying and analyzing the needs and use cases of different target groups. • Formulating both functional and non-functional requirements with a focus on usability, security, and scalability. • Supporting the work of defining the product's structure, modules, and functional packages. • Contributing to product vision and roadmap through clear requirements breakdown. Our client is in an exciting phase where a new product family for advanced data analytics is taking shape. Here, AI algorithms and generative AI will play a central role in creating insights and decision support in complex environments. The product targets several different end-users with varying needs, which means that both requirements management and product design necessitate carefully considered structures. The solution must also function both on-premises and in secure cloud environments – which places high demands on technology, security, and precision in requirement specification. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and the office is located in Huskvarna. This is a consulting assignment starting immediately until June 2026, with good opportunities for extension. This recruitment process includes a background check that compiles previous public criminal records and financial credit checks. Interested? Please submit your application as soon as possible – for any questions regarding the position, we refer to the responsible recruiter, Elida Rhodin.
