Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior Contract Specialist to join our dynamic team. What you will work on: • Develop methods and structures for monitoring and evaluating IT security across suppliers. • Participate in contract negotiations to ensure that agreements align with IT security, compliance, and DORA requirements. • Establish frameworks and procedures for supplier follow-up and performance management. • Assess IT security solutions and supplier compliance from both technical and risk-based perspectives. • Ensure supplier management and IT security processes meet the standards and obligations under DORA. • Collaborate with internal teams across security, procurement, and compliance to strengthen third-party risk management. What you bring: • Proven experience in contract management and supplier governance within IT, security, or compliance. • Solid understanding of DORA and third-party risk management principles. • Ability to evaluate IT security solutions from a technical and risk perspective. • Experience from the finance or insurance sector. • Excellent communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written Swedish. • Experience in establishing frameworks and processes for supplier follow-up is meritorious. • Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements and relevant legal aspects of IT contracts or outsourcing is an advantage. • Experience in cross-functional collaboration between security, purchasing, and compliance teams is beneficial.
