What does the role entail?
You will work independently to develop advanced detailed designs that comply with both technical and administrative regulations. You will lead the work within your area, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure the quality of both new and existing solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and standardizing designs for existing and new facilities
• Ensuring that documentation and functionality align with reality
• Conducting measurements, producing drawing documentation, and specifying materials
• Working in a CAE environment with design databases and documentation tools
• Coordinating and supervising work in smaller design teams
• Participating in trial operations within your technical area
Who are you?
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent qualifications
• In-depth knowledge of your technical area and relevant regulations (e.g., nuclear power, hydropower)
• Experienced in taking responsibility for the overall process – from idea to finished design
• Confident in leading, ensuring quality, and collaborating
• Curious, structured, and solution-oriented
