We are now seeking a Senior Key Account Manager who wants to establish and develop Aarikka's presence in the Scandinavian market. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a familial and creative company with strong values and high growth ambitions. You will play a key role in the success of one of Finland's most well-known design brands. About the Role In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Aarikka's business strategy in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. You will strategically identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships with leading retailers and e-commerce players, and strengthen Aarikka's brand position. Your mission is to develop Aarikka's sales strategy and drive sustainable sales growth over the coming years. You will report to the Sales Director in Finland and work independently from your home office in Sweden. Regular travel within Scandinavia is part of the job responsibilities. Key Responsibilities • Build and develop Aarikka's customer base in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark • Identify and establish collaborations with key actors in retail and e-commerce • Drive sales growth and strengthen brand awareness • Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing • Manage quotes, forecasts, and annual sales plans • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Finland to ensure effective processes and successful market establishment Your Profile • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in design, fashion, interior, or lifestyle products • Proven success as a Key Account Manager or similar role • Good understanding of retail and e-commerce channels in Scandinavia • Established network within relevant customer segments • Fluent in Swedish and English (knowledge of Finnish or other Nordic languages is meritorious) • Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel • Ability to travel within the Nordic region As a person, you are self-driven, results-oriented, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you can combine strategy with practical sales work.
