Responsibilities and Competence Requirements As a senior IT procurement officer at Telge Inköp, you will independently lead procurements within the IT field – from needs analysis and strategy to implementation and follow-up. You will work closely with our clients, who are municipalities and municipal companies, and you will play an advisory role throughout the process. You will be part of an experienced IT team consisting of five procurement officers, two procurement coordinators, and a group manager. Together, you are responsible for categories such as IT hardware, software, digital services, IS/IT services, and consultants. The team collaborates closely and supports each other across category boundaries. We are looking for someone who has: • A relevant academic degree or YH education in procurement • Several years of experience in IT procurement or IT-related purchasing work • A strong ability to work in a structured, business-like, and communicative manner • Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite and preferably procurement tools It is advantageous if you also have experience in: • IT procurement in the business sector or public sector • Public procurement (LOU) • IT project management • Digitalization and change management Choose Telge At Telge, you have all the opportunities to shape your future.
