Job Responsibilities In this role, you will play a central part in creating and maintaining a stable and secure IT environment for our corporate clients. You will work daily with modern Microsoft environments and network solutions, utilizing your technical breadth to develop and enhance our clients' IT operations. The work will take place both remotely and on-site with clients, where you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and further developing their IT systems. You will also serve as a key problem solver when technical challenges arise and provide professional support in various IT-related matters. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing and maintaining clients' IT infrastructure • Working with Microsoft servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network security, including Fortigate firewalls • Installing, configuring, and optimizing IT systems both remotely and on-site • Performing troubleshooting and providing qualified support in various IT-related areas • Participating in and leading IT projects, including project management and coordination with internal and external team members Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Work experience in a similar role • Relevant education or equivalent • Practical experience in IT and network administration, including Microsoft servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network security • Strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • IT certifications are an advantage • A valid driver's license (B) is an advantage As a person, you are proactive and take responsibility for driving projects forward and finding solutions.
