WORK TASKS
We Are Now Seeking Several New Colleagues to Strengthen Our Server Team in the Windows-Based Section. We're Looking for a Skilled and Engaged IT Technician Who Wants to Support and Maintain Our Servers and Surrounding Support Systems. As an IT Technician, You Will Be Responsible for Ensuring That the Server Environment Functions Correctly and Efficiently for Our Users. You Will Work Closely with Other Team Members and External Partners to Resolve Technical Issues and Implement System Improvements.

We Are Seeking Someone Who Has:
• Academic Degree, Preferably in Systems Science or Computer Science, or Other Education Combined with Experience That the Prison and Probation Service Deems Relevant
• Several Years of Work Experience and Deep Knowledge of Windows Server in a Complex IT Infrastructure
• Experience Working with Microsoft Infrastructure Services
• Experience with VMware Products, e.g., ESXi and VMware VCenter
• Experience Producing Technical Documentation
• Very Good Knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure Services
• Knowledge of IT Security, Including Support Systems
• Knowledge of PowerShell
• Ability to Express Yourself Well Verbally and in Writing in Swedish and English
It is Meritorious if You Have:
• Training in Specific/Defined IT Infrastructure Areas, e.g., Product Training Applicable to the Position
• Training in ITIL and PM3
• Experience with Security-Related Issues
• Experience with Enterprise IT Environments
• Experience with Process-Driven Work
• Knowledge of Networks and Communication Technology
• Knowledge of Various Storage Solutions
• Knowledge of VDI
• Knowledge of HPE SimpliVity HCI
