Are you experienced in taking responsibility and enjoy solving everything from daily IT issues to more advanced infrastructure challenges? We are seeking a Senior IT Technician who wants to drive IT support while supporting users across Europe. This is a dynamic and varied role, perfect for those who want to combine support, infrastructure, and responsibility in an international environment.
Your tasks:
• Handle support tickets and more advanced IT problems
• Independently manage IT support
• Support users across Europe
• Monitor backups and ensure data management
• Server management and administration
We are looking for someone with experience in:
• Microsoft 365 (Office suite)
• Apple and Android mobile management
• Ordering hardware from suppliers
• VMWare vSphere (virtual machines and concept understanding)
• Veeam Backup or other backup solutions
• Microsoft EntraID/Active Directory (account and permission management, PIM)
• Microsoft Intune (computer management and reinstallations)
As a person, you are service-minded and enjoy helping others, while being pedagogical and able to explain technical solutions in a simple way. You are a problem solver who approaches challenges with curiosity and commitment, and who contributes to a positive and helpful work environment.
