**About the Assignment** We are looking for a senior IT support technician to join a support team responsible for second-line IT support for a large national organization with several thousand users. The team works with both hardware and software troubleshooting and is responsible for ongoing support via phone and ticket management. The environment is large, technology-intensive, and demands high levels of structure, service capability, and problem-solving skills.
