With a proven track record of successful partnerships with top companies, we have rapidly grown our presence in the USA, Europe, and Sweden as a dependable and trusted resource within the IT industry. **Assignment Description:** We are looking for a Senior IT Security Specialist to join our dynamic team. **What you will work on:** - Lead, support and continuously improve GTT’s IT security capabilities in line with the security vision and strategy. - Ensure information assets are protected against cyber threats such as data theft, compromise, and unavailability. - Manage and maintain IT security standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization. - Identify, assess, and follow up on IT security risks, ensuring proper mitigation actions. - Recommend and drive IT security enhancements, improvements, and corrective measures. - Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business to strengthen security posture and awareness. - Contribute to secure processes, governance, and compliance related to cybersecurity and information protection. **What you bring:** - 2–5 years of experience within IT security, cybersecurity, or information protection. - Solid understanding of IT security standards, policies, and risk management practices. - Ability to analyze threats, identify vulnerabilities, and propose appropriate mitigation strategies. - Experience supporting security governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. - Proactive and structured way of working with a high sense of responsibility for security. - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate security requirements into practical actions.
