Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced support technician for our client in Hässleholm. In this role, you will have technical responsibility for coaching and supporting your colleagues in the support team. You will be welcomed into a skilled IT team where collaboration and professionalism are at the forefront. The role involves an exciting combination of qualified troubleshooting (1st/2nd line) and participation in user-centric project work, where you should aim to deliver high-quality support and assist in IT delivery and projects.
In this senior role, you will act as a vital link between 1st and 2nd line support. Your mission is to resolve complex cases that extend beyond traditional helpdesk functions and to take the initiative in enhancing the technical expertise within the team.
You will serve as a technical coach and mentor for the 1st line support and drive projects focusing on the user-centric IT environment. Additionally, you will ensure an efficient and well-functioning IT delivery through qualified troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with solid technical expertise and experience working in a support role where you have utilized deeper knowledge than a pure helpdesk function.
• At least 3 years of experience in independent support work (1st/2nd line).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 11.
• Extensive experience in client management and hardware troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Active Directory and basic networking concepts (troubleshooting switches, firewalls, and client connections).
Preferred:
• Experience working with PowerShell for automation.
