Together with Start-Up, we are currently seeking a communicative, driven, and technically competent person, ready to take on the role of Regional Manager for Gothenburg. In this role, you'll combine leadership with technical consulting assignments – a central position where you'll work both operationally and strategically.

Responsibilities
• Manage the office and operations in West Region
• Drive and participate in project implementation, from planning and coordination to follow-up
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships with both existing and new customers
• Actively participate in technical work with customers and strategic work at the office
• Participate in business planning and contribute to the company's continued growth
• Combine business development with practical execution in the energy sector
We're Looking for Someone Who:
• Has at least 10 years of work experience in the energy sector, automation, process industry, or similar area
• Is fluent in Swedish and English
• Is experienced in technical and practical work
• Enjoys a role combining practical and administrative tasks
• Has excellent communication skills and enjoys a customer-facing role
• Possesses good planning, coordination, and structuring abilities
Previous experience in regional or project management is meritorious but not a requirement.
